Content curations

I review, edit, and standardize your content so it lands with more impact.

What is a curation?

Curating means choosing with intention. It's looking at what your brand already says (on your website, in your digital flows, on every screen) and deciding what stays, what gets adjusted, and what needs to go. It's not editing for the sake of editing: it's finding the version of your content that actually connects with the people reading it, and leaving you the rules in writing so that voice stays consistent everywhere.

Types of curations

Style curation

I review what you're already writing, find the inconsistencies, and leave you a guide so your whole team writes the same way from here on out.

Style curation with gender empathy

Besides a style clean-up, this includes a review of your brand's language to give it a gender-conscious perspective.

How I work

My process unfolds in 3 parts and takes 1-3 months, depending on the size of the brand and the amount of content to review.

  1. Audit

I review your content and map out what needs improving.

  2. Editing

I rewrite the content following the criteria defined in the diagnosis.

  3. Standardization

I document every decision and guideline in a style guide, which is the final deliverable.

We'll sign an NDA to give you peace of mind that I'll keep everything you share with me private.

Quote your curation

Tell me what you'd like to improve, and I'll send you a quote with my work plan.

Brands I've already curated

Galicia

My first independent consulting project. I was hired through Huma to review all of the bank's content and build a complete style guide with gender empathy from scratch for the UX team. Together with the Huma team, we ran an initial diagnosis, and I then created the standardized guidelines for Galicia's UX team.

NaranjaX

Over 6 months, I worked as part of the team to review the brand's entire style and build a guide that documented its digitization process.

Bitso

I built a multilingual style guide for the Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and US markets. The challenge was making the guidelines work across all 4 regions without losing brand consistency.
